How to convert iPhone 5 into Voip Phone?

As iPhone 5 is being released worldwide and over 2 million handsets sold in first 24 hours, I was wondering whether we can convert our iPhone 5 into VOIP phone to make free calls. After going through a lot of posts over the Internet, I came to the conclusion that yes we can convert iPhone 5 into VOIP phone by:

1. Using Google Voice with a VOIP app on iPhone. Google voice app is all packed with advanced call handling features and can also be used on an iPad to turn your iPad into a VOIP iPhone.
2. Using Nimbuzz web application to make calls via GPRS, Wi-Fi and 3G networks.
3. Using Skype Incoming app on iPhone to make VOIP calls when you are around Wi-Fi networks.
4. Using Fring iPhone VOIP client to make free VOIP calls.
5. Using Truephone, iCall, and CallGlobal apps for free calls on the voice over internet protocol.

But to make free VOIP calls via the above-mentioned applications, you need to jailbreak the iPhone 5 first.
